Judging will be managed as a two-stage process with two different judging panels.
The first will be responsible for short-listing entries in each category. This panel consists of recruitment advertising agency professionals and respected HR Directors from a vast array of brands. It will be chaired by an industry-leading figure.

The second judging panel will be a smaller group of individuals with no affiliation to any particular agency or entrant. This is vital to the independence and credibility of the awards.
This group, will be made up of HR Directors, experienced recruitment agency professionals (not affiliated to any particular agency), a creative from another advertising agency field and a senior representative of the CIPD.
